The presentation describes recent results on precision and accuracies achieved for high performance ADAS cameras using TRIOPTICS’ active alignment equipment. Comparison of the theoretical accuracy limits as determined by the physical properties of the lens and sensors with examples from practice. And looks at strategies for transferring from small batch to mass production through modular equipment and scalable processes.
