Students

Students gain an extensive insight into our company and the respective departments. We offer the opportunity to write Bachelor’s or Master’s theses. In addition, we have close contact to the FH Wedel, the University of Applied Sciences in Lübeck, the Nordakademie Elmshorn and various universities.

• Bachelor/Master Theses – We permanently offer innovative and application-oriented topics. With us you can put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
• Internships – whether voluntary or compulsory, it is possible to gain practical experience in all areas with us.
• Working students – All our departments are pleased about qualitative support, also here you have the possibility to put your theoretical knowledge into practice.

Education

We offer you the opportunity to complete a versatile and highly qualified apprenticeship in one of 11 training professions. The trainees focus on their job profile but also get to know other departments. In the process, they can get to know their own strengths and interrelationships within the company. By assuming responsibility in everyday life at an early stage, they quickly develop into an important part of the team. Their own creative projects are fun and, in addition to professional training, promote the personal development of each individual.

We as employers

We are an innovative, medium-sized company with a modern headquarters directly at the Elbe river in Wedel, just outside Hamburg. We develop and sell fully automatic, computer-aided optical measuring and manufacturing systems. We owe our success to our more than 500 employees. We employ engineers, software developers, physicists, technical and commercial specialists. In addition, we offer apprenticeships in 10 different professions.
