Our cooperation

As one of our trusted partners, you will find all the important information you need for mutual cooperation here. This includes our code of conduct, the monitoring of supply chain with support of the IntegrityNext sustainability and compliance platform, behavior in the event of compliance infringements, and the possibility to report modifications and discontinuations of products.

We have always endeavored to consider and promote the issues of sustainability and social responsibility and to further establish them within the supply chain. Sustainability and compliance self-assessment

Acting responsibly is a key corporate objective for the Jenoptik Group. We want to work together with our business partners to further advance sustainability and social responsibility.

To achieve this goal, we have been working with our partner IntegrityNext since 2020. Through the IntegrityNext platform, we increase transparency in our supply chain by asking our suppliers for self-assessment.

We would like to invite our suppliers to register following an invitation link of JENOPTIK AG. It is of course free of charge and responses are subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The completeness of the registration, as well as the result of the self-assessment will be used for future purchasing decisions at Jenoptik Group.

Whistleblowing system Jenoptik IntegrityLine

Corporate responsibility is an essential component of economic success. Compliance with ethical and legal regulations is therefore a top priority for us. The details and full wording of the Supplier Code can be found in the download area.

Our suppliers undertake to inform us immediately of any non-compliance with the Supplier Code.
This can be done to his contact person at TRIOPTICS or at JENOPTIK AG in the central Compliance & Risk Management department.

Jenoptik uses the Integrity Line whistleblower system to receive information on violations of rules and laws affecting the companies of the Jenoptik Group.

Product discontinuation and modification

Please inform us in advance of any planned, implemented or known discontinuations or relevant modifications in writing without delay. This relates to all production items which have been procured by TRIOPTICS at least once or whose use is significant in the context of development projects.

For fast processing, please provide us with all the necessary technical and commercial information.

Product discontinuation

You inform us in advance about planned product discontinuations for a last call and potential alternatives for the required approval processes.

Product modification

Please report product modifications to us immediately if this is agreed or if the modifications you have made or become aware of affect factors relevant to the product, e.g. performance data, function, service life, compatibility, instrument design.
